High Power Rifle

High Power Rifle competition usually involves firing a Regional Match Course (RMC), with several stages of fire:

• 200 yard standing slow fire, 20 shots fired in 20 minutes
• 200 yard sitting rapid fire, two strings of 10 shots, 60 seconds each
• 300 yard prone rapid fire, two strings of 10 shots, 70 seconds each
• 600 yard prone slow fire, 20 shots fired in 20 minutes
